What is the story with Pharaohs & Players Club casino aff. programs? It’s an other white label? When I try to register with my PlayShare user name- it is taken, so I used an other user name, but account is not approved yet.
..and, how about players from boss system & and old bossmedia affiliate accounts?
Thanks.
November 7, 2007 at 12:23 pm #753416JimmMemberHi there,
Yes, Pharaohs and Players Club are white label partners, and operate their affiliate programs independently of PlayShare Affiliates and G3 Partner, even though certain elements are common to all.
I have followed up regarding the registration issue reported, and can confirm that this has now been resolved. Affiliates will, unfortunately, need to reregister again.
In terms of the migration and ownership query, I think it would be best for the relevant parties to contact the affiliate programs directly. As I mentioned, we have no direct control over their day-to-day operations.
Hope this helps…

Mailing out someone’s Casino account number AND password in a single letter is a serious security issue which I would have never expected to see happening at Pharaohs Casino.

How can one be sure that his account number and password do not get mailed out like that anymore?November 22, 2007 at 12:15 pm #754720JimmMemberHi Tribun,
The only feedback I can give is that casino management is aware of the complaint and is following up.
Sorry I can’t be of any more help
