Hi All,
We recently sent out a form requesting everyone update thier payment information as we are switching to a new system. Many affiliates have questioned if it was a legit email sent, and I can say yes it was.The reason we would like you to fill it out is because we had some trouble extracting the information from the database to go into a new payment database (different column values between the 2 systems). So it is easier to upload the info in this manner then having to go through 15,000 records individually and filling them out manually. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but it is for the best. Our reccommendation is Firepay simply for speed of payments to affiliates.
