Hi everyone,
We’re happy to be posting today with great news for our US based Affiliates with regards to payment options available for CPS. We have spent this morning contacting US based affiliates by phone and email to advise of this great news and would once again like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding.
As of now US based Affiliates have these options:
1. EcoCard
2. ACH/CheckYes, we would have liked to be offering more options, and we may have more in the near future. But for now, we are pleased to say that we can pay you via these methods and you can rest assured that you will receive your payments from us.
** ACH/CHECK **
Due to changes made on our processors end, affiliates who choose this method may receive their payment by EITHER ACH OR CHECK. Affiliates selecting this method will be asked for both sets of details and we will confirm with you after processing which method your payment has been sent by. We realise, this is a little painful, but it will ensure that your payment arrives.
These changes will be updated in the CPS Banking Section in a few days but for now, all US based affiliates who have generated payments for the month of February will be sent an email with the details required for both payment options. Once it’s received, simply send it back and we’ll add you into the batch to be sent.
As soon as the changes are made to the Banking section, everyone will be notified to update their payment details.
To add further to this; non US based Affiliates also now have EcoCard as an additional payment option as well.
Once again, thank you all for your patience in this matter and please send any questions or comments to me at [email protected]
Kind regards

March 1, 2007 at 3:26 pm #729131AnonymousInactiveSending my details now, Jon….
Sorry I missed your call last night — it would have been nice to catch up!
March 1, 2007 at 4:31 pm #729140AnonymousInactiveI’m not in the USA, contacted your support with my ecocard details and they said : Unfortunately the only withdrawal methods currently available are ACH, Checks and Neteller. Why you can’t pay me via eco?
Thanks,

March 1, 2007 at 10:36 pm #729209greggyMemberHey thanks so much for that nice feedback guys! Greatly appreciated!
I best answer those few questions.
Brian, the non US aff payments for Jan were made so I will personally contact you and we can have a look at that as from what I can see it went to a Neteller account.
vd752, yep that was my fault, I should have said “non US based Affiliates will SOON also have EcoCard as an additional payment option as well. A bit of miscommunication with the call centre on my part there.
I’ll be sending an email to all when that is done. In saying that, you can send me in your Ecocard Details if you like and I will organize that for you.Now regarding February Payments, at this stage I think we will start them about the 6th March so that means they should all be batched up and paid on the 7th. This is out of pure courtesy to allow everyone a bit more time to get their details into me.
Again thanks for the feedback! I am really enjoying this new role thanks to the support and understanding from you all.
Kind regards
CPS JonMarch 4, 2007 at 11:24 pm #729514greggyMemberHello
Hey just a friendly reminder to those US based affiliates expecting payments for February. We are still waiting for about 20 or so Affiliates to send us their details so we can include and pay everyone together. We will wait another 24 hours for you to send them in so we can include you in the 1st batch of payments. Failing that they will be included in a 2nd batch as soon as we receive all details.
I will also be emailing a copy of what I originally sent last week to those I still need details from. If you are not sure of what you need to provide, then please contact me as soon as you can and I will let you know.
Kind Regards
CPS JonMarch 6, 2007 at 3:05 am #729673greggyMemberHi,
Just a quick update. Thanks to all those US based Affiliates who sent in their updated payment details so promptly. That was greatly appreciated as now I can have our Finance Department start the 1st batch of payments today for everyone.
For those US based Affiliates who know they are expecting a payment for Feb and have not sent me in a reply to my email outlining the methods we have in place, please check your email or contact me as soon as you can.
I still have a few outstanding and I want to get you in the 2nd (and last) batch of payments by the end of the week.
Again thanks everyone for your co-operation and understanding as it has made the process quite smooth this month.
Now a further upside to all this is that by next month’s payment time, the option will be in the CPS System for everyone to change themselves and all will be updated and ready to go.
I will change the details for everyone who has provided them to date as well.
And lastly, once the options are there in the system (not too much longer), I will contact everyone to notify that they can change their payment options.
Ok cheers
CPS Jon -
