    i am owed a bunch of money by partypoker for cpa signups. i was told that the reason payment was on hold was because my rake wasnt high enough. i was told i would be released the money once my rake came more in line with what is owed to me. well my rake is now well above what is owed to me and i still havent gotten paid. does anyone know who i can contact to look into this. my AM isnt helpful at all.

    Anytime and if you don’t hear anything in 2 days send one again. and we know it’s Sat give it til Weds of next week.because I email them on a Fri night but did’nt hear anything until Weds.and I know that one will get back with you.I know if I run into trouble thats the only one I talk too.
    I bet some other people will say the same here.

    I have been e-mailing my Party Account manager for over 3 months now about my payment and he is yet to repsond to one of my queries, they only owe me about $250 but still… I want that money!

    In that time I ahve signed up 3 CPA and 5 Rev Share players and over 30 Demo Accounts.

    I can’t understand why they won’t pay me. Can anything be done about this?

    They have been really good about getting back to me. I don’t understand the trouble you’re having? Are you honestly saying you’ve been owed this money for months and can’t get paid? Or is it money you earned this month?

    They owe me for December, January and February!

    I ahve sent emails to the main affiliate support account and they told me to get in touch with my account representative which I did…… 3 times

    But no response.

    What is the next step?

    Hey Tom , the last message to you i mentioned that my AM would deal with it when his manager got back from PPM on march 20. well anyways after numerous emails all week my AM finally got back to me on March 24. In his email he told me:

    “Hi Darren,

    Apologies for the delay, as you may have experienced this week we have been doing systems upgrades and maintenance so many account were not released or funded. Your account issue should be resolved at the latest Monday.”

    Well it is now Thursday March 30 and my account issue is not resolved and I have sent a couple emails and have not heard a response to either of them. i will send off another email tonite. Im hoping that payment will be released at beg of the month with all of the other payments but i guess i can only wait and see. any suggestions ? should i email Hemant again? or wait and see what happens with month end?

    anyways that is the update.

    I say if you don’t here from them in like the first week of the month give Hemant an update and say what’s going on.
