I can’t login to PAP.
Also, CAP keeps loading and loading and loading. It appears to be fully loaded but IE seems to be continuing to try to load.

I’m having no problems loading either one, but I’m using Firefox.
For PAP, try going to PAW and it will redirect. I was having an issue yesterday and it worked fine through PAW.

Thanks, but it doesn’t work for me, I guess because I wasn’t signed up at PAW.

Dominique,
The issue you experienced with PAP was due to the fact that you were not signed up with PAW. If you re-register on PAP, it should work fine.
As for CAP loading slow, we are currently looking into it. However, this issue is rather difficult to replicate, as only some people are experiencing problems with the site loading.
