Can anyone provide me some general information about the current state of german law when it comes to promoting and advertising online casino and sports betting sites from websites hosted in Germany.

gambling adverstisements in Germany are forbidden.
If you advertise to a German speaking audience – you are on a safer site
Especially if you live and operate from Germany.

Everybody here in this forum waits for this market beeing regulated (like the Spanish or UK market).

But this can still take a while… you better position yourself already
