Well, sounds like we are not sure where this is going. Of course, in an election year, nothing is going to happen. I do like the fact that these “creative” poker rooms are popping up all over the place, one-by-one. I always admire people that creatively challenge the law like this. I just wonder when Obama is going to call off the Bush-holdover DOJ guys, and start applying resources on how to make this all work for everyone.
