Yeah, more and more jurisdictions are getting desperate, as their tax revenues continue to decline, and finally see the light with on-line gambling. This discussion will start heating up a bit, AFTER the mid-term elections; certainly, not before. When times are tough, govt starts thinking fiscally, and they will ignore any moral issues associated with an issue.
