Yeh its my site but I am not responsible for what someone does with the info I am sorry.. I can and will defend that in court.
So for example if I have a tshirt that says “Golden Palace.com” and someone sees that and goes to the site… am I going to goto jail because I was advertising them on a t-shirt?
Did you ever hear someone say this “Just because billy wants to jump off the bridge dont mean you have to to”.Bottom line its IMO the person that clicks, makes a deposit and plays thats responsible. If it were the other way around then we are all looking at a law suit IMO. because we have made people gamble, lose money and I am sure in allot of cases those people were under age according to the gov… Is that what your saying? Some kids mom can come at you because he used your site to find a site to open an account to gamble with her card? hmmm and Actually I think the CC company makes it her responsibility am I wrong?
SO again… why am I responsible?? I dont see anything where having a online gambling information website is against the law.
October 3, 2006 at 8:48 pm #709177AnonymousInactiveWhat Im thinking is just use your neteller card to Withdraw cash. That way Neteller never deposits in your Checking account. You bank don’t know where cold hard Cash comes from. They will never see where you origionally get the $$. It might be more fees ATM,Netellers Transfer fee. But you still get your $$ in the US.
October 3, 2006 at 8:50 pm #709179AnonymousInactiveActually I dont know what Im saying, too depressed, but in the mean time I’m just trying to think like a republican congressman.
If you were to say to billy i think its a good idea to go shoot john doe, and a month later billy shoots john, You are liable. If you have a site that provides links to a site deemed illegal and people are clicking your links then you are aiding the illegal act.

Yeh its depressing for sure..
I dont think I would even be responsible if I told my friend to go kill someone depending on his metal state and even then he would have a hard time proving that my words caused him to act. Unless it was like a job or something then he cant say shit about me saying it would be a good idea to kill someone hahaha Bah well I just dont know what to do..
October 3, 2006 at 9:04 pm #709193AnonymousInactiveaxl, if everything is hosted offshore. I cant see how. The law does NOT SAY an American citizen cannot view or have an online gambling site. It stops the Transference of $$ to and from those sites to US Bank accounts. Well, with Neteller card it never goes to a US Bank account. It resides in your neteller card and then Withdrawn. Never seeing a US Bank in the process.
October 3, 2006 at 9:11 pm #709200AnonymousInactiveDiceman the part that I think is missing in your theory is that you are earning revenue from the players that come to the site. That is how they are thinking to do this, your rev share came from illegal online gaming.
If you don’t think online gambling is illegal read the bill, yes they state it is a Finance bill but they have thrown in some aiding and abetting clause and this is what I am waiting to here from online gaming attorneys.
I agree everybody, take a deep breath and lets see what pans out in the next few days, this caught everybody by surprise and was meant two, if this just slip by for a few more hours the senate whould have been done for the year and we would be back to square one, this was done very sneaky.

October 3, 2006 at 9:17 pm #709206AnonymousInactiveyes people are panicking. and casinos which are banning US players effective immediately is not helping the situation.
I think’s it’s all a bit too reactionary and best wait til the dust settles a bit.
It’s only illegal in 9 small states out of 50.
I don’t even have sites for US players but I understand how you guys must be feeling.

October 4, 2006 at 4:06 am #709398AnonymousInactiveJust my $0.02 my sites will remain as is until I type into US google “online casinos” and come up with -0- matches especially sponsored sites. The more affiliates that jump ship now the faster I will climb in the rankings for my hard earned SEO. No offensive to those who have made an executive decision to pull out, but after all this is a competitive business.sneaky2.gi
