I have another question: I now found out that hosting of casino affiliate sites in the US might me a bit risky, so I’ll choose a host in the UK! However, am I allowed to promote US casinos on my site?

Seb,

You are technically “allowed” to promote US casinos on your portal (i.e. your UK webhost will not shut you down for this), however, there might be potential legal ramifications depending on where you are based. If you live in the US, it might be wise to focus completely outside of the US at this stage of the industry.

well its like this: I’m living in France, I host in the UK and I would also like to promote US casinos, so is there any legal risk?
