Thank you for letting us know. I had emailed Ahsan regarding this issue but have never received a reply.

Also, I sent him a list of players to be credited for a contest at my site on Friday, November 3rd. He never replied. I have emailed him 3 times since, regarding this issue as the players are starting to complain and rightfully so. I also cc’d [email protected]. I received an automated message staing that my email had been received by them on November 5th but, not reply from them either.

The players are angry and I am completely embarrassed as I am at a loss of what excuse to give them regarding their credits.

If you could please assist with this matter, it would be appreciated.

Your September commission was already on the list for payment. It came as a surprise that you had not already been paid. Turns out there was some miscommunication, as I received your payment details fairly late on the 31st of October, (remember the email you sent after I left the voice mail on your machine), and therefore your details for your September payment were handed to the transaction team on the cusp of November. These payment details were then set to be used this month, amalgamating the two payments together.

Just so you know, it was my intention for your payment to go out immediately, and I would have notified you if had known it was otherwise. Please accept my apologies for any confusion and delay in your payment. If I can support you any further, please feel free to drop me a line.

Thanks Ahsan! Yeah – I don’t know why you didn’t get my first emails I HAVE had some email server issues, though, so it might just be my fault actually. I just looked (at least in my Outlook sent box) and they were sent out on 10/3, 10/7, 10/10 and then again 10/31. So – I mis-stated – there were only 4 emails

Anyway – Thanks for getting it resolved, much appreciated!

Just so you know, the October payments were processed yesterday, so the transfers should begin landing in your accounts today. The time of transfer will obviously depend on your chosen payment method
