What a sad thing to happen. I’m glad that he got to see her last week.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

She did a hell of a job, filling in for her daughter as needed and it’s good to see that he was very aware of that. It can’t be easy being so far from home, even though he did have a chance to see her.
Looks like she died last night and Obama found out this morning.
He also lost his head campaign manager in Nevada of a heart attack yesterday.
I saw Obama’s rally this morning and you would not have known that he had lost his grandmother.
