InactiveHi Nicolas,
I’m still waiting for November and December commissions.
You told me that I would receive my commissions within the last week, but I have not seen any commissions. When did you send my payment?

InactiveHi Chakrit,
Glad to hear you got your December commissions. For November I was under the impression we had sent it to you via Click2pay. I’ve asked accounting to please verify the confirmation number and in the case it was erroneously marked as paid when it wasn’t, I’ll have it resent.
I apologize for the inconvenience.

MemberChakri, what makes you think Cirrus is one of the “best online casinos”???

MemberI’d like to know why the casinos affiliated with Gambling Wages publish terms on their website which they do not follow. The following quote was taken directly from the withdrawls section at Prism casino:
Unless otherwise stated, there is a max cash-out of $2,000.00 per week. Weekly payments will be higher if you are a VIP player.
The system is programmed to accept any payout request. However, this does not mean that the payout is being approved. Cash-Out requests may take up to 7-10 business days to be approved due to recent banking delays and limits that have affected this industry. For Players who play with no bonuses and/or redeem coupons below 30%, withdrawal requests take 5 business days to be approved, during our regular scheduled accounting hours.
I am a VIP player there and my last withdrawl went like this: $3950 requested on Jan 29, 2008. As of Mar 15, 2008, a total of $2400 has been paid. Six weeks have elapsed and I am still waiting for $1400. This conflicts with the VIP payout of $2000 per week and also the 7-10 business day approval, both stated directly on their website. If they are not honoring their own terms, they need to publish the accurate payout schedule and time. I have written them numerous emails regarding this, and the remaining balance is still “pending”.

MemberDebbiek, you seem to honestly believe that this group of casinos actually honors their written terms?
Sorry to disappoint you, but written words mean no less than zilch to them! It is exactly what is causing all the anger and frustration about this group.
For players there is no option left but to hope and eventually share their experiences through forums. -
