Haven’t been able to get into Income Access all day today……
February 14, 2005 at 10:22 am #661589AnonymousInactiveWhat I often get is that I can log in, but when I check the stats, an error shows up saying that the site cannot be accessed. Today is another of those days.
February 14, 2005 at 12:20 pm #661591AnonymousInactiveHi ellen & peralis
Thanks for reporting this. First, sounds like both of you are experiencing 2 separate issues.
1. accessing the website
2. viewing reportsWe’ll get on this on the double but if you could provide more info it would be great.
Ellen, are you receiving a particular error message? Can you try clearing your temporary internet files to see if this alleviates the problem?
Peralis, what report and for what timeframe are you running it for?
Thanks and we’ll do our best to work this out.

this happens to me when I try accessing the “Quick summary report” and only for this month.
It has happened on various occasions. It can go for days that there is absolutely no problem, then there are 2 or 3 days where I cannot access them at all. (this has been the case since yesterday again.)
The error message I get is:
HTTP 500 – Internal Server ErrorThanks
February 14, 2005 at 3:57 pm #661609AnonymousInactiveThese issues should be resolved now.
There seemed to be a problem when going to incomeaccess.com as opposed to http://www.incomeaccess.com. This is fixed!
Your reports should be running fine now Peralis however if this problem does come up in the future please let the team know, it will help them to fix it
You may have noticed some changes to Income Access over the past few days and its still being worked on. If you do have troubles please try clearing your temporary internet files first and if the problem persists please let the team at Income Access know either in this forum or via email at [email protected]
Thanks
JenniferFebruary 16, 2005 at 6:33 am #661661AnonymousInactivehi Jennifer It’s just a plain old “Page cannot be found” error.
This is the link I’ve always used:
http://www.incomeaccess.com/members-login.aspI tried it on Dean’s pc, the laptop and mine so it’s not a cookies issue.
February 16, 2005 at 11:16 am #661666AnonymousInactiveHi Jennifer…
thanks for looking into this.
Yesterday evening I could access the stats – but today I am getting the same error message. (HTTP 500 – Internal Server Error) so cannot access them again.

February 16, 2005 at 3:33 pm #661674AnonymousInactiveOk, evidently we have an issue somewhere. Although I’m not sure when we’ll be able to get this resolved, understand that it will be resolved!
My last day here is fast approaching but the rest assured that the team here will certainly follow through. I trust that you will keep them busy
If anyone else is experiencing this problem please do let us know.
Thanks for your patience Kevin! We’ll keep you posted on this.

PS. I’ll miss working with you.
