This statement of denial of rights is sickening, IMO. Why would they waste time & money to implement this with their ISP’s ? All this will do is create great business for the Proxy Server and the IP spoofing industries. Technology will always outsmart the narrow-thinking government types.
Er, Norway is not part of the European Union.
That’s why Scandinavia looks like a cock and balls on the EU map, cos they had to cut Norway out:
