Hi Everyone,
I have been looking around these forums for some time and I am intending to set-up a website & affiliations this month, but I am trying to do as much research as I can before hand.
I have one particular question that I have not managed find an answer to:
If someone joins a casino via my affiliation and makes me £100, are there any rules (or laws) which prevent me from giving a percentage of this back to them in the form of cach back (cheque)?
It occured to me that getting back a percentage of your losses would be a great way to attract players to use my links.
I have seen the Bet-fair have something in their affiliates terms and conditions which prevents this, but I have not seen this on other affiliate programs.

Most programs have an issue with this. But nothing prevents you from asking the specific programs you pick, maybe they will allow it if presented in a certain way or have other suggestions for you.
The programs want you to succeed, you make them money. So don’t be shy to approach them and ask questions.
The ones who don’t give you the time of day are likely not worth your time either. The ones who help you get things rolling and are there for you when you have questions will do well by you.
I agree with what Dom said – I had a chat the other day with a few affiliates about whether “rakeback” would work in casino and they offered me a good reason why it wouldn’d and I can’t for the life of me remember why – Will have a think and try and remember –
Good luck though, I like the idea – You are already on the right path trying to offer something that is unqiue and isn’t simply a standard casino reveiw site
