Hello, I can not seem to get ahold of anyone at 32red. I have sent 2 mails to their support email address as well as tried their message system in their backend. I have also posted over at AGD under their sub forum… It said I was sent out a payment at the start of last month, but I never got it… Would like to know what method they used to send it, and if they have a tracking number?

Isn’t that good practice for aff programs, to regularly check their spam to see if any affiliate messages get caught in there?

We have had quite a few technical problems with the payments for November, thankfully we’ve now fixed them and payments will be made later today. Depending on your payment preference these payments will hit in the next 24-72hrs.
