Can anybody recommend a non North American hosting company where I can host 10-15 sites? A good price is important but not as important as the stability of the company and the quality of service.

Hyve in Britain is expensive but good.
Check out hostingboy.net. I’ve had sites with them for over a year now and no downtime. They have hosting in UK, DE and US

they are in CanadaI have almost no downtimes,
and I find them not expensive.
