    I guess I need to try to contact you this way because any other way you guys I guess feel you can ignore…

    My stats are reading wrong. please contact me asap about it..

    In my reposts I show one earnings and on the main page I show another lesser amount.

    I’ve also had trouble getting a response for a while now…

    I’ve got negative rollover from last month, but it states in the CC T&C that you don’t do negative rollover (unless it’s a chargeback, which it isn’t). I’m sure it’s just a default setting that needs changing…

    Can someone please get back to me?

    I noticed that too. The stats slashed some earnings but you just can not check it.:)

    Diceman… I got your voice message on Friday, but I was crazy busy getting payments done that’s why I haven’t got back to you yet. Also, it was a long weekend here that’s why I’m only getting to this post now.

    I haven’t received any emails from you, so make sure your sending them to me directly ([email protected]).

    nowfindadam… I responded to your email buddy. I got it like a week ago and respond straight away. There is no negative carry-over, so don’t worry the winner that hit last month will get zero’d out. The negative balances are showing currently as a carry-over, but that will be sorted and brought to zero as soon as I complete payments (today or tomorrow).

    Inspiration… I’m not too sure what you mean that you can’t check anything, but email me so we can discuss.

    Hi Nick,

    I got $91 shown in the traffic report as a profit but $6.82 in the money report. Which one displays the real profit?

    It is not much so I do not worry.

    Hey Rick,

    The Net Profit you are seeing in the Money Report is showing the true Net Profit.

    I am working to have the profit shown in the Traffic Summary fixed. While it states that it is “Net Profit” this isn’t the case. It does not take into account: bonus amounts, chip drops, bad debt. What it should be labeled as is either “Gross” or just “Profit”

    I hope this explains the discrepancy…. if you have questions let me know.

    Hmm as far as earnings can you please email me about that at least. Like for example.. what am I going to be paid or what is my current balance? lol :)

    I sent an e-mail on the 6th and had a reply on the 7th – keep in mind if you send an e-mail like late Friday you may not get a response till the next Monday or Tuesday – I’m sure he has weekends off – but that depends on how busy he is plus I noticed a lot of managers taking vacations lately. He has always contacted me at some point in time.

    I think CC is great btw! Not trying to give them a “real” hard time but have been trying to get ahold of them for awhile. Now with my email issues I am trying to find a email from him if any. Its like a needle right now.. lol
