Bingo Royalty has not answered any emails for several months so after another email and a PM to the manager and still no response, it is time to bring it to the forum. Is anyone else getting paid by Bingo Royalty? Is anyone else actually getting a response in inquiries? If not than not sure they should be a CAP certified program. Can anyone offer some help or suggestions?

I have been absent for the past 2 months due to some commitments I had to honour and it seems based upon the emails I see that things have not been handled appropriately in my absence.
I would like to personally apologize for this and assure you that I will work diligently to get things resolved over the next week. I have been back since Wednesday and am trying to catchup and get back up to speed on what has been happening in my absence.
accordingly, since I am not sure if things have been recorded correctly in my management system, I would appreciate if anyone who has a missing payment or unresolved issue could email me directly to [email protected] and CC [email protected] (in case of any spam issues) and I will personally respond and address the problems.
I have worked extremely hard over the years to build relationships with our affiliates and take care of your needs and I would like to make sure we can continue to build these relationships now that I am back.
Again, accept my apologies and I assure you that any concerns or problems will be taken care of appropriately
