I have tried to send about 10 emails to many different email addresses at IGLobalMedia and PartyPoker but nobody seems to read their emails.
No reply in 5 days!My problem is that I am a PartyPoker affilate who has lost the password to
IGlobalMedia server. So I can not tranfer my money or do anything else.August was my first month as a Party affiliate and I have not received any password at all.
The automatic reset password service is down and the links to email and
phone help doesn’t work either at http://affiliates.iglobalmedia.com/login_ig.htmI have emailed to these addresses:
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

It doesn’t work.
The login page is working but that “forgot password” service doesnt’t.
I got an email with a link to site where I should reset the password.
That service is broken.
It gives an error message like this:HTTP Status 500 –
type Exception report
message
description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
exception
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: RemoteException occurred in server thread; nested exception is:
