    I have emailed Steve and Rick a dozen times in the last few months and no one seems to respond. I would appreciate it if someone could tend to my account and help out. Rick has said that Steve is taking care of my account because it’s “special account” due to the fact that I have several accounts, some shared with my ex, but we never resolved some issues. There is also 2 payments totalling $350 that were sent to my old neteller account which was closed over 2 years ago and no one can tell me where these payments went once they were returned.
    It’s pretty ridiculous that I have to scream and beg for help on all of the forums to get attention, PLEASE take care of this.

    I have explained many times that the situation between you and your husband and the shared accounts and the different payment methods is something that you need to figure out with him.

    We will pay you your earnings to the account we have on file, but we can’t handle the way you distribute the money between you and your husband.

    If there is any outstanding balance and I have checked and there is nothing there, please contact me again and very specifically tell me for what account and for what month you are inquiring about.

    This has nothing to do with paying my ex, that was never an issue. You stated in an email to me that our account hasn’t had earnings since July 08 yet we have received several payments for that account since July 08. You also stated in an email that you asked me to use the one account, which we have done since that email, but that doesn’t resolve things as other accounts earn income from past players. Is there not a way to combine all accounts to the main one?

    I have emailed you the information a dozen times now and even tried to email Rick several times yet no one takes the time to respond, I would not have to post here if I would of received a response to one of my emails in the last month.

    After doing some investigating and getting neteller to send me all declined payment info I found out that there were 2 different payments attempted to be paid into my OLD neteller account which were declined. One on March 19, 07 for $209.49 and another on March 3rd, 07 for $141.05.

    I do not show record of these 2 payments getting to my new neteller account so I need you to please check to see if they were ever paid and if so, to where and when.

    I apologize I was out of the office for a couple of days. Let’s do this…Send me an email right now and let’s keep it brief and straight to the point. Please, let me know the account that you believe to have earnings in and also provide me with the Neteller information you received from them. Give me your Neteller account, make sure that is the one you want to use from now on and let me know the old account where you had problems in. I will provide you with the stats since July 08 on that account so that you can see for yourself what’s oing on.

    I really wish I did not have to post on the forums about this all the time, but this is getting absolutely ridiculous. I received an email from Roger on the 7th and replied immediately with all the attachments from neteller and all the information of what I need help with, everything that I’ve sent to you several times in the last few months. I have still not even received a reply from him stating he’s looking into it or what’s going on. I sent another email on the 9th asking him to confirm receipt of everything and still nothing.
    I realize the money that is missing, is from several years ago, but that shouldn’t mean I get blown off by everyone. I cannot believe that you all do business like this, it blows my mind how some people get treated by affiliate programs.

    Sorry Ellen for sticking head where it may not belong, I share your frustration. A pity people get treated so unfairly.

    I know :angry: There is no reason for me to beg for a fix here, I hate posting in the forums about this stuff, but sometimes it leaves no choice. I have emails going back to July for this exact same problem, it’s insane.

    Someone is offering a free flight out to see the GW team if you have serious grievances. I think you may qualify?

    Not nice being treated this way a real shame on GW part. Think they may have owed me as well but instead of chasing them I handed the account over to someone else.
