I sent you all 3 or more emails about a player I brought to you all last month. He has been a player at ultimate bet and deposited more than $7,000. I have made eight cents so far off his play, what in the world is this???
There has to be some big explaining on these stats!!!

income affiliates is just a mess, they pretty much pay you when they get around to it, they track about 20% of your players and respond to emails now and then..

We take your comments very seriously. We’ve always put our affiliates first, and whilst we are faced with challenges beyond our control, we’ve always tried our best to resolve issues facing our affiliates, particularly with payments, tracking and communication.
If this has not been the case in your experience, can you please let us know?

Well you couldnt track any browser other than IE forever, never seemed to care or let us know. I get paid once in a while but usually need to update my account each time.. I just havent gotten arround to deleting everything

As I mentioned before, we’ve faced numerous challenges beyond our control, and although we may not be able to solve all issues facing some of our clients, we certainly do try, and one thing we’ve never done is withold any commissions or information that affects your earnings. That’s just unacceptable! Period!
Sorry you feel hard done, but rest assured our commitment to our affiliates is, and has always been strong.

They told me I have to contact Income access about the stats. Because I am not a member of ultimate bet and the player didn’t come thru them.
So which would mean you all!!!

Well Sara from income access was very helpful, she said she is getting to the bottom of this and will have something to me soon. As well as the people from ultimate bet that contacted me. So far the player has deposited 9k and I still have made only 8 cents from their play.
I will post something here as soon as I hear word. They keep reassuring me that once the system is ready to track blackjack, they will be paying everyone for the blackjack play. The main thing is, I just can’t see how someone would loose that much at tournaments, they are bound to win sometimes, they are playing blackjack against the casino and loosing in my opinion.
