Hi there,
Are you all on vacation? I have been trying to contact you for the last couple of weeks through email, facebook and CAP. But no replies..
Are there any problems we should know about?
Anybody been able to contact anyone here?
Regards
July 23, 2008 at 6:21 pm #773550AnonymousInactiveI’ve been in contact with Nicole today and yesterday. I’m thinking that things may be a little hectic right now, but I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.
They recently had to change payment methods for US affiliates and I’m sure that is the priority right now so that come pay day we all have our money.
The communication can be a little slow, but hopefully that will get better soon.
July 23, 2008 at 7:01 pm #773553AnonymousInactiveFinally received a reply. Thanks Nicole.

July 30, 2008 at 10:25 pm #774045AnonymousInactiveHi GamTrak,
thx but it is not about payments, I need to issue invoices for the payments received.July 30, 2008 at 10:28 pm #774046AnonymousInactiveOk, well I’ll see if maybe I can get someone to contact you.
Edit: I’m sorry I was having a ‘blond’ moment. I thought this was the Gambling Wages thread. DUH I emailed them and they pointed out my error. LOL

Did I miss an email or something?
CWC I’m not a happy camper, is that negative carry over really necessary? Clearly it’s a term specifically incorporated with no other purpose than to shave earnings. I’m so f’n pissed about it as I have you guys plastered throughout my site and it’s going to be a real bitch to replace you. Although I was going to add you front and center to my new site, I’m having second thoughts.
August 1, 2008 at 4:00 pm #774296SharkblogsMemberHello Slotsplayer,
I have looked into your stats and you have not gone into negative carryover for July. You have only been in negative carryover 2 times in the past 1 1/2 years, and each time was for a small amount.
Negative carryover is the fairest way to share the wealth. We have a partnership with our affiliates – a fair partnership – where both parties share the good times and the bad times. Players win and players lose. If they lost all the time – none of us would be in business. If they won all the time – none of us would be in business. In fact – either way – we’d all be broke.
Most players who DO WIN – and make a withdrawal – are going to come back and spend their winnings. More often than not, they spend their winnings plus more! We know statistically that they will eventually put it all back again. It’s the nature of gambling. That’s why we’re all here!
I notice that we are not the only casino on your site that has negative carryover. I’m sure their feelings on this issue are very similar.
If you would like to discuss this with me in person, please call me directly at 604-288-7136. If you would like me to call you, send me a note with the best number to reach you at and a good time to call.
Kind regards,

All RTG’s do negative carryover – well the reputable ones anyway, the others just don’t pay It’s always been in their terms and conditions too, it’s not a new thing.

Geez Sorry Nicole I did see a withdrawal that exceeds the net win so I just figured the stats didn’t fully update. Perhaps I’m mistaken but I could have sworn I read posts last year indicating that you were implementing a negative carryover term?
I guess I’ve been fortunate that my 2 negative carry overs were small, but I’m sure it will come back to bite me.

Hi Nicole,
I’ve been checking the stats for July the last few days and they keep changing. I had a withdrawal that disappeared way after the stats rolled into August.
Now I have a negative net win and it shows a negative carry over plus the credits are much higher than they were the other day. Are the stats working correctly?
Cheers

I had a payout due from July earnings, went to check on payments, and it now says no payment due… and my earnings are in the negative… Weird.

Me too. Must be a mistake… For unexplainable reasons, I actually have a screen shot with earnings!
