I find it hard to believe that none of my 342 players hardly ever wager if ever.
Are you guys sure you don’t market our players to an untagged casino?

I was under the impression that our last email correspondance in November solved your qualms regarding tracking and players?
If you’d like to contact me via msn/email I would be more than happy to go through your account and players with you in real time.
MSN: [email protected]
Cheers

You brought it up so you must have thought about it.I can give all 23 casinos homepage places on my better sites and am sure i would not make $100.00.I have zero trust in this group based on performance we got as well as other webmasters here.Other than steve I never see much good said here.Too much of the same crap -send 500 clicks and make .62 cents. How can i make $30000 + a month with one microgaming group and for last year make $100 with them .The deal breaker for me was when they bought casino profit share an account we made $600+ a month on and since that time have made one month $61.00 rest of the months less than $20.This is just my experience with them ,can’t prove anything but when we buy new sites first thing we do is remove this group.

Well, time to chime in.
Both conversions and retention are fine with this group for me.
I was particularly pleased with the retention efforts after the exit from the US.
I have promoted this group for years ( at least 7 years) and have yet to have a complaint. :hattip:

Every casino/group performs differently for each affiliate. There is no way that every affiliate could be sending the exact same traffic as every other affiliate, so we can’t expect every affiliate to see the exact same results.. This is why affiliates are encouraged to rotate and test.. Move the properties around to see which brands make you more money in certain positions.. and if for whatever reason our brands don’t convert for your traffic, I am certainly not holding a gun to your head to make you put us in a position that is not working for you. After all, this is your business and you should do what works for you.
Regarding the CPS properties.. I have explained this before but will do so again..
When we purchased the brands they had been in liquidation for at least 2 weeks.. which meant the players could not play, had no communication from support about their accounts and were not getting paid..
Although when we took over we paid out all players who were waiting on cashins, some players not so easily forgive, are skeptical, and refuse to come back for that reason.. that’s their prerogative… In saying this, our retention team has been extremely successful in getting most of the players back playing. We have also been working very hard on retention of existing US players (which I see is not going unnoticed ).
If there are any more questions i will be happy to answer them..

January 17, 2009 at 9:50 am #792823AnonymousInactiveI’m hardly a massive CR affiliate – I don’t make loads with them. However, I don’t think CR always get enough credit for what they did with the CPS brands.
When players get burnt by an online casino going under, it puts off players from ever playing again – anywhere. They’re wary of the next casino they join also going under. CR did LOTS to stop this from being an issue with the CPS players.
That HAS to be a good thing for all of us and our industry.
January 17, 2009 at 7:46 pm #792848AnonymousGuestHi all,
RA has done a good job of keeping my income about the same, as what is was after the UIGEA thing where i think everybody lost.
If it makes any difference and I think it does somewhat prove a point: i have programs that dropped out of site almost as soon as they stopped taking new USA players and I of course wonder about that.
I do understand your concerns but with all due respect 350 players insn’t that many as I have had considerable more than that at several programs … two I can think of off hand and one makes no money any more ….. maybe a check for minimum every 3 months … and the other is Brightshare where they still make me money and I’m very grateful for that but I think last time I counted I had signed up over a 1000 (keep in mind this was a long time ago and it could have been 5x that and could have been slightly less … I just remember thinking it was odd to have such a large number signed up and only a few of them still playing a year or two later)
People are creatures of habit and as such to have a 1000 players and only 5 or 6 still around … makes you wonder.
However those few have stayed lucrative and where I’m going with that is if those figures which come from a different program and I see such a low % then it is not out of the realm of logical possibilities that out of a 1/3 of 1000 … there might not be much action.
That all said i am of course wishing that all the MGS casinos would have done a better job of retainment. I think many were spoiled and threw out a lot of decent … even good players over silly things because they found it easier to just let us send in new recruits than to deal with whatever issue it was that was a bit sticky and therefore easier to discard than deal with. Now that said: I feel CR has been one of the better programs about retaining the players that really matter.
my 2 cents
