We are currently unable to process your payment. This is because your current commission balance is less than 60.00 EUR and/or you haven’t yet referred a minimum of 5 active customers.
:terms:
Balance is a few 100 euros, but i do not have 5 active paying customers bet365. Do you want to keep the money 4 ever (i can not get more players, i tried and failed)??What’s up now ?

October 5, 2008 at 8:38 am #781083ZlzmbmaxMemberHey There Inspiration, How many players have you referred to Bet365? – have you been promoting us for long?
October 5, 2008 at 9:52 am #781090LucretiaMember1 depositor but not active anymore.
i have been promoting for some months but the traffic is not rewarding your program i am sorry.
I do not think i will get more of those tried several times but, my audience want MG.
At some time i would like to get paid even if I can not convert more players.
So I am kindly asking for a solution.
I think bet365 will always be around so i do not remove your program. Your support i s very good.
And if the Gooner is doing ok i have no problem with your program.
thanks for your reply.

Knowing this I am not so sure anymore…October 5, 2008 at 11:08 am #781095ZlzmbmaxMemberHey Sipka,
You make a good point about the referrals. I know that other programmes have a similar restriction, but not all of them do. Like our competitors we are always seeking to strike the best balance between security and flexibility in a way that gives the most of us (Affiliates, Players and the Brand) the most benefit.
We do require 5 Qualified players before a payment can be requested but the criteria is very simple:
from the T&C’s:
What constitutes a new registration?
bet365 defines this as a customer who registers with one or more of our products / websites for the first time and makes an initial deposit using any one of the company’s accepted payment methods. In addition to this, aside from the experience of Inspiration, I think our products, like the casino, convert really well.
People know us primarily as a great sportsbook and often don’t look beyond that. However, outside of Asia, we are the the second largest casino partner on our network.
Also, this is a one-time-only requirement. You don’t need 5 players each month.
If you have any more questions then please let me know.
October 5, 2008 at 11:20 am #781096LucretiaMemberso if can not get 4 more active players, you will keep my commission on hold until this term is met ?
October 5, 2008 at 11:57 am #781098ZlzmbmaxMemberWe can request that an exception be made in this case but that’s not our call to make and my guess is that they would be unlikely to agree. Any operation with a 5 player minumum is not going to be keen an setting precedents.
In real terms, I think the quickest way to get this money released is to get collaboration between you and the Bet365 affiliate team and see how we can help drive those last 4 referrals.
We’ll do what ever we can to assist you.
October 5, 2008 at 4:26 pm #781116AnonymousInactiveCan you say predatory!!! Will have a look into this later with AGD
October 6, 2008 at 8:51 am #781210ZlzmbmaxMemberCan you PM me with your account details and I’ll see if there’s anything we can do for you
October 6, 2008 at 8:58 am #781212Asaf ShachafMemberbet365 Affiliate Terms and Conditions stipulate a requirement for Affiliates to refer a minimum of 5 active players before they become eligible for their first affiliate commission withdrawal. There are various reasons we impose this requirement, not the least important of which is to protect against use of the affiliate program by individuals as a method of receiving a rebate on losses resulting from personal wagering. Another reason is to differentiate the affiliate program from our popular refer-a-friend programme. Individuals interested in earning rewards for referring friends and colleagues to bet365 are encouraged to participate in the refer-a-friend promotion as outlined on the bet365 site. The affiliate programme on the other hand is designed to serve the professionals who make a business of driving players on a consistent basis to bet365. We believe that the 5 player minimum requirement is a small threshold to qualify an affiliate while still protecting the integrity of the programme. This is a condition agreed to by all affiliates as they accept the bet365 affiliate program terms and conditions as part of the affiliate program registration process.
bet365 values the contributions made by our affiliates and recognizes that your participation in our program is voluntary. We work hard to earn your support and we are dedicated to operating the best affiliate program in the industry in accordance with terms and conditions that are fair to all concerned. Your feedback, comments and questions are always welcome to [email protected].
October 6, 2008 at 6:25 pm #781316AnonymousGuestI’m not one for any kind of affiliate-unfriendly terms but I don’t see this as all that bad. They just want you to send 5 players and doesn’t have to be all at once or every month but rather a one time thing.
solution for Rick: get 4 buddies to sign up. Yes it might cost you the price of minimum deposit for 4 accounts but it sounds like you got enough coming to cover the cost and still show a positive. Plus you’d be past the quota from now on so any further money earned will also be payable to you …
I’d probably offer to pay minimum deposits and ask friends to place the bet on a wager with a decent payoff … some kind of parlay … and if they hit you split the winnings which your half might likely cover the cost of meeting the quota
in any case its a lot better than where you are now even if nobody wins any money
I’ll be one as I don’t think I have ever signed up there … if you need me holler.
October 6, 2008 at 7:47 pm #781335AnonymousInactiveIt’s a term that’s always been there I think and it took me a while to get past it, but once you are you’re done and Bet365 is a very good casino (even though it’s Playtech )

I find that really strange when casinos say that. Some affiliates are among the biggest wage earners and biggest players out there and why a casino wouldn’t encourage them to play there is beyond me. The 25% is only paid back if they lose, and if they win, it get’s aggregated against their commissions. What a huge missed opportunity
October 6, 2008 at 8:43 pm #781350AnonymousInactiveThank you all for clarifying this
It sounds an OK deal, I understand bet365’s decision.
I will cross fingers for you Inspiration to get your 4 remaining players fastOctober 7, 2008 at 3:12 am #781390AnonymousInactiveOk makes more sense now to me as well, had no idea some were scamming in this way. I would of course only promote the casino side not the sportsbook.
