Greetings,
I’m trying to contact Coins’ support for over 2 weeks now and no answered.
I sent emails, used their website contact form, called… which no one answered, left a message), PM Nick here but still no answer.
The problem is that it shows that we got paid in july but the money is yet to be found.
Hopefully Nick or somebody from Coins will answer now.

August 9, 2008 at 4:48 pm #775156biggygMemberI am not sure where you guys live or what payment method you use but coins pays my click2pay account like clockwork $xxxx -$xxxxx every month on the 11th.I agree they are not the best communicators ,i sent email 2-3 weeks ago and yet to get reply back on some custom sized banners i needed.

Not sure what is going on with others but I live in Toronto/Canada and am trying to receive by wire transfer.
I use Casino Coins since day one… literally.
One way or another I always get paid since then.
We changed in July banking info and perhaps even something went wrong there.
The problem for me is that strangely enough this time it seems that nobody is answering me for over 2 weeks.
Hopefully will give me some answers and payment soon.

no my stats are changing. I’m usually paid by the 13th-15th
However, I still have a negative carry over from last month. Although it disappeared at the rollover but came back again the next day.
Although I read it recently in the terms, can anyone verifiy there is in fact no negative carry over?
