    Add my name to the list of people who are missing payment as well, for months now. My username with your program is POC4258.

    Natalie, I realize you encourage people to not publicly post about these issues, and I apologize for posting here, but I’m running out of hope that I’ll be paid by contacting you via the Gambling Wages messaging system or by email. I’ve tried both and the result each time (intentional or otherwise) is that you ignore the correct Neteller information that I send you each time, usually contacting me a month or so later, saying you tried to pay me but don’t have any Neteller info on file for me, yada yada yada.

    You keep asking for my Neteller info and I keep sending it to you, twice by messages in the internal system and twice now by personal email. Still no payment. No reply at all to the last two emails I’ve sent you. The GamblingWages site also is still broken, as far as updating Neteller information there directly, as it doesn’t save any changes you make and reverts back to payment by check when you leave the screen.

    Please, for the love of the wee baby Jebus, don’t ask me for my Neteller information by email or private message so that you can process my payment. You have it and have had it for months.

    I am afraid you are completely right with your complaint, and I am very sorry for this issue.

    Once I come to the office tomorrow morning, I will go through your stats, and check with accounting regarding your Neteller information. If everything is alright, I’ll make sure the payment goes through tomorrow.

    Hello Seth,

    I found the old payout reports with your commissions, where the accounting was not able to process them because of not getting your Neteller information. Yes, I see that it was our mistake, and I took your payment to the accounting department. Let’s just give them a bit, and they will make the transfer.

    I did receive payment finally yesterday, so thanks for looking into this so quickly after I posted and resolving the situation. And thank you for owning up to the mistake and not passing the buck, etc.
