I have had no issues at all with communication with this program, I don’t think lip service is going on either. They are concerned with all affiliates and respond when they can, it is a matter of understanding they were in a conference and before that all this damn Kentucky stuff happened and many other factors such as not having a large staff. All I am saying is try to be more understanding with affiliate managers these days they all have a lot on their plates since many companies are down sizing they have more duties tossed on their laps.
as much as i like SP, i’ld hate to be pointing out the obvious – all of this happened before ze kentucky issue. sometimes programs have to stand up to their behaviour, and kentucky has nothing to do with it.
im sure if i was in barcelona i would have gotten a legit excuse from this team, like they did to you. and thats cool!
but why cant this be said out loud without finger-pointing? i’m kinda slamming my head against the table now, but there are obvious issues that are not being said out loud. so forgive me, and some more of us bonustreak we are weaklings (links?) for SP.

edit:
i’m not bashing this program. conrad did a whole rundown of players to me and whatnot. it just appears that they lost all the playing players while upgrading their aff. system. never thought that shoes can have such a strong effect on legs…October 1, 2008 at 7:05 pm #780554LucretiaMemberit just appears that they lost all the playing players while upgrading their aff. system. never thought that shoes can have such a strong effect on legs…
Strange………..but i think there are a lot of factors that contribute to the loss of players, the fact that playernumbers and other related info is not provided anymore makes me feel cautious to giving more exposure.
last few months i did not get new depositors only a lot of clicks – dld and signups are much lower compared to other MG casinos.
So overall not my top performers.

I totally understand that things take more time when affiliate managers are not in their office, but at a conference. And I certainly don’t expect them to reply to my emails that same day or I panic. But if after 3 weeks they can’t find time to reply to a reply of mine, to their original confusing email, then maybe they shouldn’t have sent me out the emails they did in the first place.
The emails I got were confusing. simply wanted some questions answered about the emails Conrad sent to me. I’d rather him not send me any mail if he is so understaffed he can’t respond 3 weeks later. If it takes months to do so, I doubt I’ll even remember what my email said.
October 2, 2008 at 5:23 am #780652LucretiaMemberi am surprised that all of us get the same answer : players do not play anymore.
most of the members i know have the same problem and just bad luck then.
before the migration there were not so many complainers.
i just do the maths here.
everybody can make his own decision but i have seen enough now.

Hi Daera dont be sorry!
If you lucky you get a reply like thise!
” Hi xxxxxxx,
This issue has been going on for the last 7 months. We do not have any other affiliates that are complaining and we have done numerous test on your site and links. Everything is working on our side. Unfortunately I will not be able to entertain this query any longer.

October 6, 2008 at 6:13 am #781199AnonymousInactiveIn Conrad’s defense, he apparently did send me an email on September 10th apologizing for the mix-up in his previous emails. I couldn’t find the original email, but he did have the original copy to forward me so I have to take his word on that.
I was mostly upset because I felt like I was not being responded to.
I was responded to. Conrad also spent a lot of time last week, trying to explain things to me, and answer my questions.
Thanks Conrad..
