I am unable to access my PP stats, it rejects my password, do others have this same problem?

unable to withdrawl funds, they state violation of terms of agreement, which is bull pucky. I have poker type-in domains that i have faithfully sent them traffic for a long time. And they pull this crap.
They can rot in hell. Emails to them go unanswered.
same problem here.
i emailed them about it and they replied back saying that my account was being investigated for fraudulent activity. they wanted me to mail them a copy of photo id and other stuff too.
that is total bullshit. i told them so.
now I am waiting to hear back.
