Hey ladies and gentlemen I am new to the casino affiliate marketing business and have done much research, but still have too many questions to post back and forth. I am looking to get in contact with someone who is sucessfull in this business and try to get the questions and concerns i have resolved. I understand that everyone’s time is precious so i have no problem with compensating for quality guidance.
Thank you

What did you do to get started?
Cajmere.Hi Cajmere:
1) Lots of research and planning. Nail down the direction that you want to go in and plan for that direction. Additionally, make goals!
2) Talk to other affiliates in the space. Ask lots and lots of questions and don’t be afraid to ask the tough ones.
3) Test, test, test! I had this conversation with a partner this morning. You have to be thoughtful about the campaigns that you promote- they have to be in alignment with your audience. But, at the same time, be willing to test different campaigns. It’s healthy for your data because they will get fresh, new offers and at the same time, allow your business to evolve into new channels.
4) Track everything! Know your stats and make quick decisions. If something is not working, pull the plug as soon as possible. That can be a costly mistake.
5) Never stop learning because this industry is always growing and evolving- keep up with marketing materials, attend webinars and continue to network with other affiliates.
I do not meant o be too general, but I would say these are the top 5 things I’ve learned when getting started in affiliate marketing… I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to PM me.
December 14, 2011 at 1:32 am #820078AnonymousInactiveTo get started, find out what niche interests you, or which niche isn’t as heavily promoted, where you will get those players from (geographical locations), the earning potential.
Go through CAPs list of affiliate programs for that niche (or just ask the forum!)
Buy a good keyword related domain for you niche.. and away you go!
