The Law that was passed through congress actually makes it illegal for banks to help fund any online betting account. It doesn’t really make it illegal to bet. It is the attempt of Big Brother to limit our ability to gamble by making it more difficult to fund our accounts.

I know that BetCRIS does; USDbet does; Betjamaica also does to my knowledge as far as sportsbooks.
