Hi All:
I would like to learn about gambling affiliate programs before I make the plunge. Back in 1998, when I got my first computer, we spent a great deal of money putting up an affiliate site for a company that shall remain nameless. Their site was often down and we were unable to read our stats. The affiliate manager was not at all helpful and downright hostile at times. Over the course of one year, we got one check for $50. We finally gave up and let it die. He had the gall to contact us a few months ago to promise us the moon to work with them again. Of course, we will not! This time, we want to do it right. We had no one to connect with back then and are glad this forum is here. Maybe there were forums back then – I was new to everything and didn’t have a clue.
We are also content writers and are available to write unique and high quality articles for gambling websites.
Cheers,

And if you were such lousy affiliates who only made $50 in a year, how come he even noticed you were gone? Never mind promising you the moon?
Hmmmm. Very odd he would attach such value to a $50 a year affiliate, don’t you think?

Very good but disturbing point. We had no idea if there was any recourse we had at the time. 😡

Those were the days, so little competition……….
