No problem, we are all trying to make a difficult system transition as easy as possible for all our partners, but we have faced very large technical challenges in getting to market, but now have the building blocks in place for a great system that we hope will be of benefit to all our our partners, as the old system was pretty inflexible. I am looking forward to all the new functions and reporting we will add over the next releases, as well as the languages we will add to make it easier for our partners to communicate with us.

Hi,
do frequent requests for text links mean the old system links don’t work anymore?
I see rapid decline in my stats (acutally i get zero clicks and zero registrations) and my whole system is based on text links and rankings.
Please let me know how it works, I am really worried about November so far

Hi,
Please send me your account so I can have the db guys check it out, but right now as stated, old legacy banners will not count clicks and and impressions, only new registering customers and new depositing customers, and their relevant revenues.

New media using new code will capture clicks and impressions in real time and new jsp text links that can be build by the affiliates will be in place in the system soon, as will the details of building standard HTML links.

Standard text links that direct straight to a product URL such as htttp://www.betsson.com/?from=youraffcode will continue to track players and tag them to you, but these were never counted in clicks before in the old system and can’t / wont be counted in the new system currently as the link is not sent via affiliatelounge. We wil look at a new solution to track these links in the very near future.

Just to be clear though when you directly send traffic in this way, using standard HTML the players will be registered to you and you will receive data on their deposits and the revenues they have earnt for you.

Hi Stuart, thanks for prompt reply, my account name is the same as my nickname here. I will investigate my links and banners against your explanation and see what is the reason for zero results in November.
