I am trying out a new Link Management Assistant from http://www.onlinemarketingtoday.com/software/link-management/
Have any of you tried it? It is supposed to be Totally Automated Reciprocal Linking Management. I am going to give it a shot. The only thing I see so far is it does not prevent duplicates.

Also I am looking for link exchanges at http://www.online-sports-betting-line.org where I am using this script. Site is pretty new.
