    Did you look at the posts in the other threads? There are some issues there that need addressing.

    Can you or someone else make some attempt to answer my questions? Specifically, the customer service issues. Something drastic needs to be done there!

    In promoting a casino, I am very worried about customer service taking more than 30 hours to credit an initial deposit bonus. Does this not concern anyone but me?

    As for Pokeraddict, he seemed able to find his own answers, something I am now trying to do.
