Affiliates interested in Lucky Red Casino, please see the CWC Affiliate website for further information.April 30, 2009 at 4:47 pm #799240AnonymousInactiveHi Martyn,
Can you please explain to me how the cross marketing works? Will we be credited for players that we originally sent you from Club World or Aladdin’s Gold? Because I have a LOT more players at Club World than AGC so I hope you’re not going off AGC. The email I received addressed me by my new changed AGC login though. Please clarify that.
Also, I don’t understand what happened with our login change. I can get to my stats fine but I still have to login twice. Once for CWC stats and then with my new changed name for AGC stats. What was the purpose?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Daera, as I explained in the email to you about this, we have sent an email to some players from our database, I believe it was a cross section, not the full shebang.
Any player referred to us by an affiliate, i.e. tagged. and they take up the offer, open an account and play, deposit etc. Then you, if that is your tagged player will receive total credit for this action.

The only thing is that you need to replace the links for one casino, depending on which account you choose to use.
Example.
You have 2 accounts 1. ClubUSA and 2. AladdinsGold.
Say you choose account 1 as your primary account, this means you login to obtain all links for all our USD brands. To bring in the accounts together, you would need to update your links for Aladdins Gold from account 1.
Use account 2 to monitor previous traffic and commissions. Use account 1 to obtain all banner links and creative.
Both accounts will remain open and no players will be lost. You will be paid as normal from both accounts.

Hi Martyn,
Your email wasn’t clear to me. And you still didn’t answer my question here either. You said that any player referred to you by an affiliate, i.e. tagged. and they take up the offer the tagged player will receive total credit for this action.
You could have a player at CWC that’s tagged to one affiliate and that same player could be tagged to another affiliate at AGC. So if you’re sending out emails to existing players for Lucky Red, are you going off the AGC tags or CWC tags?
I have a boat load of sign-ups at CWC, but only a life raft of sign-ups at AGC. So technically you could be sending emails to players and then not tagging them if they were a player at at least one of your casinos without a tag already (even if they’re tagged at the other casino). Or some affiliates might share a player one has them at AGC and another at CWC, so who are you giving the Lucky Red players to?
I don’t know how to word that any more clear. I hope you understand what I*m asking this time. It’s a LOT easier sometimes to get a message acrossed on the phone then in writing. But as you wish, it’s in writing.

I think I figured this part out earlier when I was looking for Lucky Red banners. I seen all 3 casinos there, and realized I just now have two affiliate accounts with all three casinos in them. I understand now why you did this. Thanks for explaining though.
And thanks for your help.

OK here I spotted an error in my words, the pink word, player should be affiliate. Sorry if this caused any confusion.

OK what we did here is to decide who would get the player if this is the case. In this instace we chose our flagship brand ClubUSA/World. So basically the first referring affiliate to send in that player will get the credit.

May 1, 2009 at 9:00 am #799263AnonymousInactiveMartyn,
Did you even read my questions in the post?
I tried yesterday, and am trying again now, to ask a reasonable question. Can’t you just give me an answer instead of more sarcasm?
Thank you.

May 1, 2009 at 10:46 am #799269AnonymousInactiveMaybe you could have given me a call on the telephone as I asked you and there wouldn’t be so much confusion and misunderstanding.
Shoulda, coulda. woulda.
I’ll try emailing Tom. I’m sure once he gets through payments he’ll be able to clear up this stuff for me.
Thanks for trying though Martyn.

I’m not willing to air our dirty washing in public Lori, you know the reasons why and I know the reasons why you are pursuing this thread in such a manner.
Feel free to contant Tom, I am sure he will understand a lot more clearly on the phone. :hattip:
Sorry I could not be of any further help, I will let Tom know that you will be in touch as I was unable to answer your question.

May 1, 2009 at 11:11 am #799272AnonymousInactiveHi Martyn,
I’m sorry if you think I’m airing dirty laundry by asking for clarification on something I honestly do not know the answers to. I could explain here further why I want to know how you’re handling the tagging but I’m honestly not trying to make your day difficult. I just wanted clarification.
You said I know the reasons why, why what? I don’t know what you’re talking about now. I did ask you to call me originally to try and clear up any misunderstandings. And I asked very nicely.
My laundry is clean, maybe that’s your socks I smell? LOL J/K
I will mail Tom, because I don’t want to carry on here to get these kinds of reples, it’s not productive.
I’m sorry for any trouble.
Have a great day..
