April 14, 2007 at 7:28 pm #733943AnonymousGuestHi all,
anytime there is a cashout limit on money deposited .. it takes away the promise of a big win on slots .. which is the whole idea.
personally i hate bonuses of any kind. I’ve been around long enough to know there is no such thing as a “freebie” in life. somehow … somewhere …. you’re going to pay for what you got free.
in this case .. the price is obvious. if a player hits a triple 7 on a trips 7 machine which would normally pay …. $5000 … they’re going to be pissed if they can only withdraw $1500. I don’t care what the terms were when they started. They won’t see it that way once they have the big money flashed in front of them and then realize they can’t claim it.
This is just bad idea all around if you ask me. Find another way …. that doesn’t limit the cash out amount if you must run a bonus.
ps
anybody with any experience in the field…… knows the majority of players are going to give back the money they won anyway … it just takes a while to get it. why piss them off?
April 14, 2007 at 8:04 pm #733944AnonymousInactiveits also a max cashout out on the new player welcome bonus now!?
I think i read that the 1st time.
Come on, that was not so before, was it?
I mean anyways players have a playthrough on deposit and bonus, and then also a max cashout?!
so if someone hits a random jackpot of a few 1000,
he will not get all.
Thats not a good thing in my opinion. These terms apply to each of our three welcome bonuses:
1. Wagering requirements on the welcome bonuses are 15x the deposit and bonus before any cash-outs will be permitted.
2. Your Playthrough Balance (in the Cashier section of the casino) shows you how much you need to wager on your deposit. Every time you place a bet, your Playthrough Balance will decrease by that amount. When it reaches zero you have fulfilled the wagering requirements and are free to cash out a maximum of $2000 (minus the bonus amount).
Club world has such a good reputation
i worry now that this will change
i see already some very pissed players complaining
that would be so pitty.April 14, 2007 at 11:06 pm #733951AnonymousGuestI have always run a disclaimer warning players NOT to accept any bonus from club usa / club world.
the cashout limit is rediculous although not unexpected from RTG.
April 15, 2007 at 10:25 am #733962AnonymousInactiveHi
With all due respect I am the affiliate manager and these questions are not for me to answer.
If players have a question about the bonus terms and why we have them then these are questions for the Manager, who I am sure will be happy to review the comments and see what can be done, if indeed anything should be done.
I did take the liberty of asking if we have had any complaints about the bonus terms and noone from support has received any. The max cashout on the first deposit bonus has been around for a very long time now and there has also been max cashouts in some form or another in most promotions.
The promo details vary from player to player and some do not have max cashout terms at all, these are decisions made by the promo dept depending on factors I do not delve into. How promotions are designed and to whom they are sent, with which terms is for other departments to decide on, I have enough work with the affiliate program.
If there are complaints that players send in then I am certain the issues will be addressed appropriately.
I would like to assure you that we are far from going down the same road as other RTG casinos, terms have and always will be very transparent for players to decide whether they wish to take the promo or not.
Thanks

April 16, 2007 at 4:36 am #733995AnonymousGuestThe promo details vary from player to player
Jason: while there probably isn’t a person alive that can’t stand a bonus chaser/abuser more than I …….. (ask the Prof …. I used to run paid ads saying there’s nothing here for bonus chasers) …
the only worse thing i can think of is a casino that picks and chooses it’s bonus accepties.
get off your knees boy! and tell the same to your bosses. The above statement makes me sick to my stomach!
you either offer and keep the bonus you offer … or dont’ offer one.
the only reason I am not at this very moment searching and replacing your links is that to my understanding……. your casinos are far above those of most RTG powered casinos.
Get it right and straight right now. you make an offer ……its good to all that observe the requirements. *with exception to region/state/country location.
I’ve got to stop writing now. or else i’m going to really start offending people.
but before i go I suggest you take strong appreciation to what i”ve said.
picking and choosing your “bonus” accepts …. makes me sick the way you put it.
get it right. make a statement about it here and now. ….. or I’ll yank your links so fast it’ll make your head spin.

April 16, 2007 at 7:51 am #734017AnonymousInactiveThanks
Ticket has been sent to sort the stats out.
As for the bonuses I will speak to the relevant depts however I am not sure what you mean when you say ” a casino that picks and chooses it’s bonus accepties”
The promotions we send out to our players has a specific term that only players that receive the bonus offer by email are entitled to it, additionally when they go into the casino they have a marquee message listing the current bonus they are eligible to claim and its terms.
If the offer is in the marquee message then they are entitled it it as we do honour any bonuses that we advertise to our players irrespective of whether they not wish to receive promo emails from us or for some reason not read or received one.Can you please clarify what you meant?

April 16, 2007 at 8:02 am #734018AnonymousInactiveI don’t see what the big deal is. Almost every rtg casino out there has a max cashout on their bonuses. First time I played there I took my $100 deposit up to $2400, cashed out the max cashout of $2K and was paid the next day. I had no problem not being able to collect the other $400 I legitimately won. If a player doesn’t like these terms on the free money, they don’t have to take advantage of the bonus offer. Instead they can just deposit and play at a casino where they will get hassle free and expedient cashouts with one of the most honest in the biz. However, I do agree if there is a restriction on winnings from a non bonus deposit, then they should be able to withdrawal all the money if they get a nice score instead of being limited to $3K a week {if I read that term right on the T&Cs}. When I was an avid player there, I recall them lifting the max cashout restrictions on the bonuses I got, and their vip program is top notch, especially sophia. Bottom line for me, with the exception of the $3K a week rule for non bonus deposits, I don’t have a problem at all with anything else. I don’t think the max cashout on bonuses is such a big deal and its actually commonplace with rtg casinos to have the max cashout on all bonus offers. Me personally, I like the max cashout rule because it forces me to stop and collect when I hit the mark, instead of giving it all back which 99% of the people do when they score.
April 16, 2007 at 10:58 am #734033nick777MemberThe bonus issue can get kind of smarmy, but I think most players are pretty astute about checking the casino promotions (some are not).
That being said, CWC has very good player retention for me.
April 16, 2007 at 12:29 pm #734045AnonymousInactiveNot sure what the big deal is myself, most high rollers and serious players don’t touch bonuses they cannot be bothered. Not all the time but MOST of the time the bonus abusers are the ones to use these and if the casino has to place rules to defend themselves against it then so be it, who are we to say anything about it? We have no idea what it takes to run a casino or how much abuse they have endured due to bonuses. If you don’t like it don’t promote it but I think CWC is the TOP rtg casino out there on the net! I personally am glad they have that rule as an affiliate is saves me from getting SLAMMED with a huge chargeback or carry over.
April 16, 2007 at 12:42 pm #734047AnonymousInactivewell as stated already above

April 16, 2007 at 2:54 pm #734068AnonymousInactiveSeems like the data collect service that updates the stats has gone on the blink.
Stats are being recorded so there is no cause for concern on that score but its the updating of them thats the problem at the moment.I am really sorry bout that, the RTG technicians are working out how to get it all fixed.
