Hi All,
As many of you are aware, Casino Coins has been working diligently on our new website and reporting system. It is with great pleasure that I announce the New and Improved Casino Coins will be launching this week. Our number one priority has always been to provide our partners with the highest quality of service and I think you will all be happy with the new reports. They are much more comprehensive, more up to date, more reliable and most importantly more informative than was previously available.
Some of the new fields and features that have been added to the reports will only be accessible from August 2008 and moving forward. Historical information will still be available, but you will only be able to view this information as you would in the old system. For ex. all Traffic Reports will still be broken down by campaign as they are currently, however, Earnings Reports have historically been grouped, and so for months prior to August 2008 they will remain grouped and will show as “Default Campaign.”
During the transition today, we will be turning off the New Sign Ups and Create New Campaign features on the site. While these features are turned off, no new affiliates will be able to sign up to Coins and existing affiliates will not be able to create new campaign ID’s. This will not affect any of the traffic coming in from existing campaigns.
We all know that change can sometimes be difficult, so I want everyone to know that both Sabrina and I will be here to field any questions regarding the new system. Whether you have a question, concern or a problem with the new system, we will be available for you to make this transition as easy and smooth as possible. As affiliates, you do not need to worry about changing anything, as all tracking will still run the exact same way as it does now.
Please keep in mind that this is only the first stage. We will be continually adding new features and functionality during this transition period, so any requests and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Once the new site and reporting is live, login and check it out because now is the time to put in your 2 cents.
I will post again when you can all login live to the new system.
Cheers,
Nick Yap

September 5, 2008 at 3:49 am #777883AnonymousInactiveI’ll agree it looks good all except for my campaigns.
Whats with the 0% on old campaigns????
default 25714 REV 0% REV 2005-12-12 00:00:00
CCG 63614 REV 0% REV 1900-01-01 00:00:00now the one i created today has the 25%
online casino 80046 REV 25% REV 2008-09-04 19:39:40Anyone else have similar percentages for their old campaigns?
September 5, 2008 at 8:26 am #777895PaolinoMemberHow do I see the value of the individual deposits that have made using the system? All I can see is ‘number of deposits’ and ‘net win’, but no value on the deposits being made.
Also, I can not see individual player reports and when they deposit, how much they deposit etc.
Will these features be added at some stage?
September 5, 2008 at 3:40 pm #777940AnonymousInactiveHey Guys,
In answer to your Q’s,
Belgamo, there is no problem with your old campaigns. It is a small bug on a cosmetic side in displaying the correct %. Some of the old campaigns that have been flipped over and are on standard revshare are showing 0%, but in fact calculating at the correct % on our backend. We are aware of this and it should be fixed today.
As well, we have seen in some accounts that there is a bug with carryover from the previous month.. but not to worry, your money is not lost, it is still in the current month it was earned and just has not been carried through. Also, I am running both systems, old and new, concurrently to ensure accuracy and if there are any discrepancies they can be resolved quite quickly.
Dendrite, I’m not too sure what you mean. In the Revenue Reports you can see right through from # Players, to $ purchases, to $ net win to $ earnings. In terms of individual player stats, I am hoping to have some form of detailed player information in the very near future…it’s already been spec’d out.. just needs to be built
Cheers,

Yes, my account looks to be very buggy. Especially trying to get data of specific date periods of time and the carry=over problem too. I can see you guys are working on it though, as it’s changing every couple of hours. Good luck with sorting it all out!
One suggestion I have, is to include a monthly drop down menu for the revenue report page, so affiliates can quickly look at past months deposits, gross win etc, rather than having to put the begin and end dates in every time:
http://www.casinocoins.com/reports/rev_rpt.php
I see you already have that type of monthly drop down on the page below, but I think it would also be useful to add that drop-down on the revenue report page:
