I am gobsmacked reading this thread. I am not sure which is worse.
A microgaming casinos affiliate program acting in this shocking unprofessional manner, or a leading affiliate such as AmCan being treated in this way – Or both!

“I am gobsmacked”
.
Never heard the expression before, but must be what this thread does to people.
July 5, 2006 at 8:39 pm #697669AnonymousGuestWell done Henry.
Not only for being big enough a man to admit when you’re wrong, … but also for
affiliate payments on time has been my #1 priority since I started. I hope to have a more streamlined process in place soon and possibly an upgrade to the affiliate software.
payments on time are of course always a good thing in this and I imagine all business of any kind, and I think there have been some issues with VA about this so you’ve chosen an excellent aspect to fix as a starting point
……..
and to the people who make this a community (insert “hat’s off” smilie here) once again you prove you’re the kind of people I have come to expect when visiting this fine establishment which needless to say …. is what it is … because of its members forward-minded ….. non-egotistical approach to the business at hand.
July 6, 2006 at 8:31 am #697712AnonymousInactiveThat’s great :happydanc , hope Fred & Henry will have a beer and make good business instead of
Seriously, it’s better to learn about your errors than keeping doing the same thing, again and again. It’s how people get better!
As for timely payments, it’s still an issue around there. Some improvements, however. The day all casino affiliate programs will pay in time (with 2-3 days +/- as a limit), never short-paid… will be a good one.

July 8, 2006 at 8:12 pm #697907AnonymousInactiveYea, I also agree that Henry was being unprofessional. Whether someone brings in $30 or $30000 a month, affiliate managers should treat their affiliates right because you never know A. who the big dog powerhouse is B. who the big dog powerhouse is.

It will happen… but let’s watch how things go  A good framework can be only beneficial for everyone.

A perfect world isn’t possible :hehe: , but things can always improve!!
