    Mobile gaming and interlinked casino systems activities approved

    From the CAP Newswire:

    October 27, 2008 (InfoPowa News) — GameTech International, Inc., a designer, developer and marketer of electronic bingo equipment, bingo systems, video lottery terminals and server-based gaming, has been awarded licenses for the manufacture and distribution of gaming devices within the State of Nevada by the Nevada Gaming Commission.

    The licenses position GameTech to deplopy its server-based mobile gaming system in the Nevada land casino market. Additionally, these licenses allow for the sale or lease of traditional slot machines within the gambling State.

    For those who don’t already know, Cantor Fitzgerald (Cantor casino via Income Access) is licenced out of Nevada and is also involved in the mobile casino platform which could be interesting one day :)
