Do you mean credited back to your account?
February 17, 2007 at 10:07 am #727659AnonymousInactiveYes, the money was credited back to my account. Now I’ll just access it via my neteller card. I’m never asking for a wire again. Thanks justred. Reading what you went through to get your money made me 10 times more determined to keep at ’em until I got my money back too.
February 17, 2007 at 10:41 am #727662AnonymousInactiveI requested a check on 7 February, and it is still “pending” in the neteller account. Normally it takes one day to process.
Why are they not processing non-US customers? My account is in USD, but the old Pay Pal account would let you change the account to GBP etc.
If Neteller was genuine they would allow a non US person to change to GBP or something if the USD was the problem.
Anyone who has got a check can they post the time between requesting and neteller accepting?
February 17, 2007 at 10:44 am #727664AnonymousInactiveProbably not very relevant but I received a UK cheque from NETeller this morning.
February 17, 2007 at 10:48 am #727665AnonymousInactivegood. that sounds promising. what date did you apply for it?
I am changing all my main programs back over to bank wire as of this moment just in case – rather pay the $10 per fee for every incoming wire than save the $10 fee (and possibly/ probably run the risk of never seeing the money.
February 17, 2007 at 1:15 pm #727673AnonymousInactiveThe EFT of early Feb finally hit my bank.
For all concerned that was a $US Neteller account with currency converted to $CDN then transferred to my $CDN bank account in Canada.Good luck to all!

I just had a payment into my account so thought I would attempt a bank withdraw, but now I get some warning that I need to add a IBAN/Swift code (something like that). Isn’t it odd how this has happened at the same time as the general Neteller downturn?!? So I think I will withdraw my cheque but see a warning about 6-8 week processing time. I thought this was only for US?

February 18, 2007 at 8:07 am #727761AnonymousInactiveStarting to look like they are paying people in the UK and Europe but leaving the rest of us in the dark…

I had to re-register my USD bank account to GBP bank account. The result was that I have received two big transactions and finally arrived money via cheque deposit.February 19, 2007 at 11:39 am #727904AnonymousInactivebonus-map wrote:I had to re-register my USD bank account to GBP bank account. Or did you chnage and get them to issue a transfer in GBP.
Sorry we all need to help each other put the pieces together.
Neteller is giving everyone a different story by the day.February 20, 2007 at 2:33 am #728011AnonymousInactiveI finally got onto the live chat at neteller the yesterday and was told it would be 6-8 weeks, and that when they catch up with the backlog it will go back to the day turn around (or they hope).

Neteller is giving everyone a different story by the day.I reside in UK. For Neteller transactions I have opened a USD bank account(in UK you can open an account in different currency) verified by Neteller.
My Neteller account is also in USD. Ordering a withdrawal about a month ago I was waiting for 2 weeks, but nothing happend. So, contacting Neteller they said it is not possible to make the transaction because I have to re-register the bank account in GBP. I did so and withdraw all the money they owed me.
My Neteller account is still in USD but the bank one is in pounds.February 20, 2007 at 11:37 pm #728132AnonymousInactiveOK. Today I received a mail from Neteller that they have resolved the issues transferring to AU, as long as the request is in Euros or GBP.
I phoned and spoke to someone to confirm this which they did.
So I have issued a request for a wire again.
I’ll report back.
February 23, 2007 at 7:31 am #728444AnonymousInactiveI dont know if it’s told already, but i believe non-us accounts (made elsewhere and different currency than us dollar), should not have any problems with neteller money transfers.
