Hi
I can confirm that the Neteller card works fine.
However, I initiated a wire transfer about 2 weeks ago and the money hasn’t arrived yet. It usually took 3 to 4 working days. With all the problems US affiliates are having I was wondering if non-US affiliates are experiencing similar issues?
Any non-US affiliates received electronic transfers from Neteller recently?
Cheers

I also initiated a wire transfer about 10 days ago, and usually the money takes approx 3-4 days to arrive, but hasn’t arrived either. Another non-US affiliate was told that neteller was having issues with wire transfers to non-US affiliates, and perhaps we should request a check withdrawal or use the neteller card. I contacted customer support and was asked to wait 10-15 business days for the money to arrive. Alternatively, I can contact [email protected] and ask about the status of my wire transfer request. I’d rather not use the neteller card because the fees of transferring $USD to $CAD and then to $AUD is a bit much. I emailed [email protected] and will wait for the suggested 10-15 business days before I contact neteller again. I know of 2 other non-US affiliates that are in the same position.

But who the hell knows.

January 30, 2007 at 12:44 am #724829AnonymousInactiveMy neteller account is in USD. Neteller staff advised me to request the money in Australian dollars so that it wouldn’t have to go through a U.S bank. I’ve been doing this for the past few months now without any problems. My last wire transfer withdrawal request was also in Australian dollars. I’m STILL waiting for it, and I’m not the only one, eventhough I from Australia and the requested currency is in Australian dollars. I can easily withdraw money through my neteller card, but what about the money that was removed from my neteller account, but hasn’t arrived at my bank yet? I called neteller’s customer service AGAIN and they said that they are UNABLE to wire transfer to Australia at this time and don’t know when they will be able to do so. I asked them to cancel my last wire transfer request and put the money back into my account so that I can withdraw it through my card, and they said that they can’t do this because the money had already been sent. This is the last time I try to wire transfer. From now on, I will only use my neteller card, and hope that the last wire transfer request that I made is finalised soon. I’d hate to be relying on it for my mortgage repayments.
January 30, 2007 at 4:03 am #724862AnonymousInactiveThen we are in exactly the same boat. I am also waiting for an AUD transfer from about 2 weeks back. I spoke to them last Friday but in my case they said that the money has been sent and I need to wait. What you’re saying is a worry.
Who knows – this is crazy. The card costs a fortune and I don’t enjoy the idea of receiving checks – which seems to be the only way out.

I’m from Europe and want to make a wire too but I’m afraid now. My account is in USD, is it possible to have other than USD Neteller account?

I had the same problem, they said that I have to close the existing USD account and to open a new one in £January 30, 2007 at 8:43 pm #724990AnonymousInactivebonus-map wrote:I had the same problem, they said that I have to close the existing USD account and to open a new one in £So this is not problem, is it? If they allow me to close the account and open a new one, it will be good. Will I be still able to receive funds in USD from non-us companies?
January 30, 2007 at 9:08 pm #724992AnonymousInactiveHmm, is this all new or what?
I took money out on my Neteller card just last week no problem at all?
My account is USD (Neteller account) but transfered in Cdn to my card.
Any other Canadians having problems?

No Problems Here !
I used Neteller merchant services and withdrawl onto Neteller card just 3 days agoI am a Canadian Resident as well and was told last week that I have complete access to all merchant services regardless of currency.
My account is in US Dollars as well.
If another Canadian out there has more info or a different reply from Neteller please post and advise – Personally,I’m getting pretty pissed with netellers frequent re assessments but, Neteller is still the fastest way for me to recieve payments.January 31, 2007 at 12:01 am #725011bsmartMemberNZ user here, account in $US and was able to pull NZ$ out from ATM last night (30/1).
Was paid by CPartners and able to cash out at ATM, all since the big Neteller drama unfolded (although $800NZ limit per day, sometimes annoying)
I really feel for the US users out there, ‘land of the free’ my butt! Hopefully you’ll get a woman in power there soon (like we have) and you’ll go Nuclear Free, ban GM food and sell all your gunships to provide aid to your neighbours.
It sounds like ‘idealistic hippy rants’….but it’s true!
Really get stung on the currency exchanges though when using ATM card.
January 31, 2007 at 12:20 am #725012AnonymousInactiveFrom reading these posts, I can see that we are all able to withdraw funds via our Neteller cards. The problem lies with wire transfers to our bank accounts.
