    Last updated: 28 September 2007

Did NETELLER send out an email about discontinuing its Peer-to-Peer service?
Yes. On 25 September, NETELLER sent an email to its members in China informing them the NETELLER Peer-to-Peer service will be discontinued effective 2 October 2007.

Will the Peer-to-Peer service be discontinued for all members?
No. The NETELLER Peer-to-Peer service will only be discontinued members who are residents of China.

I am a resident of China. How can I withdraw funds from my NETELLER account?
To ensure you have continued access to your funds, you may transfer all your money to a NETELLER (1-PAY) account free of charge until 15 November 2007. Learn more about NETELLER (1-PAY).

    Sorry to hear this.
It Sucks that China is now getting the squeeze.
Looks like they are giving you an option with 1-PAY I think this is a good thing
US customers didn’t have any choice at all and had frozen accounts…. you have until November 15 that’s a good thing! Maybe more payment options will appear in a few weeks
Don’t panic! I don’t think your account is frozen

Because there are so many Chinese abusers to make Neteller a little bit chaos. And the second is that online gambling is ilegal in China. If I am the boss of Neteller, I should have shaved Chinese Neteller users to 1-Pay in order to prevent from abusing.
