We just received and posted the press release from Neteller. The case, it appears, has come to end and US customers are going to get their funds back soon.
To qoute from your article
“This amount includes the approximately US$ 60 million that the USAO has previously seized. NETELLER agrees that it will satisfy the remaining portion of its forfeiture obligation with a payment of US$ 40 million to be paid on or before 15 October 2007, and the remaining balance (approximately US$ 36 million) to be paid on or before 17 January 2008. “
They have the money, been getting interest on it most likely and they STILL are going to slow pay it out. What a crock !!

Canada should tax the US on their recent gain.
Why have they come to this agreement when the investigation is still going on, anyway?
