    Hi,

I usually get great service from Wayne but he’s either out on holiday or else he’s unable to reply to my last 2 emails due to not knowing the answer and is waiting on upper management to make some decisions … or perhaps there are other reasons I cannot guess about.

In any case: I wrote Wayne stating that I cannot promote a network of casinos that may/may not end up requiring my players to have the requested documents for cash-ins: be certified by the police or a lawyer.

    Its utterly rediculous.

I need some assurance that is not going to be the case for my players who are largely in the states and as I stated in my email; whether or not OG is legal or not in the states, it is popularly considered to be a grey area at best: and thus nobody, including myself; is going to want to go to the police to get things certified.

And lawyers cost … i’m guessing a minimum of $50 to get them to certify anything. Is BR going to pick up the check? I don’t think its right to ask the player.

    2 side notes to this

the first being that it has been said (I think at the Meisters or here) that this was an effort by BR to “get back” at people who are guilty of having opened multiple accounts. While I would be the first to supply the rope to hang such offenders because they generally screw everything up for everybody else (just the fact that this has been mentioned as a possibility lends credence to the kind of turmoil these abusers can cause): it is simply not professional to pursue such tactics and if this was the case: I think BR now sees what kind of backlash such unprofessionalism can unleash.

Since we are where we are now however: I think, no I know that at least for my case: that i need assurance my players won’t be asked to go to such extremes to get a cash-in.

Secondly: my bottom line at RB this month is literally a gazillion times less than last month.

While I can’t say for certain if this is a retaliation to the letters I have sent: I do want folks at RB to understand that I have always “called ’em as I see ’em”, which many times when it was extremely unpopular to do so: I have stepped up in defense of RB (a great example of this is at CM … about this cashin & the law certifications, I posted that the accusations of BR trying to avoid payment was as ludicrous as has been BR’s handling of the situation – that may not be what you would ideally want to hear, but by not leaving my opinion’s of BR’s handling of the situation out of the post – it lends credibility to what my main goal was: which was to say that BR is obviously NOT trying to get out of paying elsewise we’d have complaints about amounts much, much larger than what we are seeing) . So I think I deserve benefit of the doubt that I am not out on a witch hunt (and that IS the case) but that I am merely trying to find some ground to stand on that doesn’t seem to be sinking under my feet.

There are some boundries which you cannot reasonably expect me or any of us to cross, and one of those boundries is when you set requirements for proof of ID that are unreasonable.

When that happens I am faced with the decision (as I assume many others are as well) whether to continue promoting casinos which inevitably will be the cause of a problem, possibly severe, possibly multiple times … that in the end are going to trash my reputation while taking themselves down as well. Or cut my losses while the damage is still manageable.

So it becomes do I take the hard fall now and at least salvage my reputation or do I not rock the boat and hope against this matter of having documents certified by local law enforcement/ legal entities never coming up as being a problem? If it does ever come up then my reputation is shot considering I had prior knowledge this could possibly happen and that i promote “quality casinos that pay without undue hassle”.

I truly hope my stats bottom line is just an unhappy coincidence because I don’t deserve this kind of treatment.

Nobody should be punished for simply trying to be competent.

I don’t need a reply to the stats situation since I am assuming this is just an unhappy coincidence but I do need a reply on what to expect my players are going to be (possibly) expected to do in order to satisfy your cash-in dept.

thank you in advance for your reply.

Wow those are some cash-in requirements that seem really outrageous to say the least!! I wonder if this requiremment is listed in RB T&C’s, maybe players have to produce a passport as well?

I have no really problems with RB, except for the facts you are mentioning. Slow responses on webmasters issues seems to be their policy.

    Good imformative post. greek39

    Hi bb1webs,

I apologize for the delayed response as I have been ill, however I have responded to your e-mail Tuesday. Please let me know if it reached you.

Let me firstly say that this is not the general procedure. So rest assured that the general players at the casinos will not receive a request such as this. This is an on going investigation and I cannot provide any further information in this public forum. I have however sent you a private message with some more information.

    Cheers,
    Wayne
