Received Payment from Fortune Affiliates for the correct amount due and within a few hours the payment was reversed back to Fortune Affiliates
I contacted Neteller and was told that the Transaction was a MISTAKE!
I am a canadian resident – the amount was correct – and no-one seems to have an answer as to why this was reversed. Live Chat stated that they could not provide the details and to call Toll Free: 888.258.5859 – I was then told by the person manning the phone # that no one but PR@NETELLER could answer as to why the transaction was reversed.
There is no Phone # for PR and you can only according to Neteller use e-mail
to address questions to PR. with a delay of up to 5 business days for a reply.I’ve tried countless times to contact Fortune Affiliates and left messages on voice mail. There doesn’t seem to be anyone home.
IS THERE AN AFFILIATE MANAGER AVAILABLE?
IS THERE A POSSIBILITY THAT YOU COULD PM ME WITH A PHONE #
SO THAT I CAN REACH YOU AND NOT YOUR VOICE MAILI understand the next block of payments go out on the 14th I would like to straighten this out by then
I hate to say it but, I’m kind of relieved I wasn’t the only one.
I was taking this personally as just another shot from neteller.
Were you able to contact anyone at FA yesterday?
I had no luck whatsoever.I didnt try to contact them , I dont do too much on the websites in terms of chancing down money but I will get Marvyn Tomorrow via email .I had no trouble getting a xxxx.xx payment about 6 hours after theirs from another program so it must be on their end.
I received another payment via a different program as well within a few hours.
It must be FA rather than NetellerHi;
It seems there has been some kind of error, so I will be looking into it first thing tomorrow (Monday) morning for you and all other affiliates paid via Neteller.
