    hi Natalie
    I hate to resort to asking publicly but I’ve emailed you 3-4 times in the last few months and have not heard back from you. You told me you were getting in touch with Bingo Knights regarding the player that is not showing up under is, who I personally sent the link to, and we still have not seen a sign that she is under us. She has brought to my attention that she has lost $1000s of dollars there since signing up, so we are definitely owed some $$
    Please help.

    I’m sure we’ll here something from Natalie Monday. I used to work 7 days a week on my sites and now look forward to the weekends for my free time. I don’t know how many affiliates each manage is assigned to but I would reckon a guess that the number is staggering. I’m hopeful to be hearing from her the first of the week……………………

    Hello Ellen,

    Actually I remember replying to you last month regarding this issue. I brought it up to the BingoKnights management, and here’s what they told me:

    “Hi Natalie,

    Dean needs to be paid $880 for Julie Jacobs
    25% * (Deposits: 3,770.00 – Redemptions: 250.00) = $880.

    As soon as he sends Debra’s info we can credit him for that also.

    I recommend we manually credit his account every month. I don’t want to
    move the players to a new account as they are VIP. They will lose their
    current alias and Players Club status if we move them.

    BingoKnights handles affiliate payments individually, without GamblingWages intervention. So, I do not have access to their Neteller or other payment solution accounts. Please let me know, if they paid you this difference. BingoKnight never has any delays with the payments, and if you have not been credited, it’s only because of this issue with the tracking, so that they have to do it manually.

    thanks Natalie, not sure why you’re not getting my emails….I know you’re on my messenger, but I haven’t seen you on for ages, probably due to the fact that we’re in Australia and the time zones are totally opposite.
