Well it happened sooner than I ever thought it would. I guess that means I have some good content.
My Page:
http://www.casinobonuswhores.com/easy-grand.htmlTheir Page:
xxhttp://www.gamblersillustrated.com/show.php?p=135I had updated this page about a week ago (to change it from 3 casinos to 5 casinos) so I am guessing he used a cached version from google or something. So what is the best course of action now? Just report them to the affiliate manager? Should I send a firm email to the site owner to give him a chance to do the right thing or is it past that?

P.S. I just noticed he is still linking to my images LOL. He was able to change the affiliate links tho.
June 25, 2006 at 6:16 pm #696704AnonymousInactiveWell I sent an email to the address on their contact page requesting the removal of my content as well as sending a take down notice to his host. Since his host isn’t located in the US, I am not sure if DMCA even applies though. Anything else I should do?

June 25, 2006 at 6:17 pm #696705AnonymousInactiveLmao, I Love the title – “I’m so flattered!”.
I guess it is sorta flattering – after all, you have to have; 1) content, and; 2) some decent serps for a phrase or two, before you get scraped!
Congratulations! lol
June 25, 2006 at 6:20 pm #696706AnonymousInactiveThose are the fist steps I take – first an email to the webmaster, then an email to the host.

That explains why it was taken down so fast I guess lol. The page had been up long enough to be indexed by MSN which is how I found it and included my word for word reviews and was linking to images on my server, but he had changed the aff links and put a BJ switch strategy chart in instead of a BJ surrender chart. Hardly something you can accidently do.
There is no doubt in my mind it was intentional, but seeing as he is a CAP member, I will give him the benefit of the doubt and say he just had a lapse in judgment.

June 26, 2006 at 3:15 am #696742AnonymousInactiveI think it was a lapse in judgement as well. I don’t think your content will pop up on “it’s” site again. Alls good!! greek39^*
