The following link:

has held PR6 for the past 6 months.
Its alway been in this context nothing has changed.
Direct link from home page of Wager2winUK and from site map too (which has also been static html since October 2005).Wager2winUK has been changed back to static html from php, hence the reason a lot of that run directly from the root do not currently hold a PR ranking. Though as google crawls site most days I expect this change soon.
